loss of motivation

well, two weeks in and I already lost motivation ...

this week I worked out Tuesday ... that's it.

I'm going today and tomorrow during Sophia's nap, but then need to get more serious next week. I need to find out how to get to the gym M-F.

This week my excuse was I was nervous about going in the dark in the morning because I was almost robbed last Sunday walking home in broad daylight ... so am a little spooked about that ...

ok then, why didn't I get up and just work out here? "sophia was up all night" " I'm tired" "need to do work"

THere will always be excuses ... are you or are you not going to finally lose weight?

Seriously, how committed am I to this?
