Prayers are badly needed

Yesterday my cousin's daughter had a very bad car accident. She broke her neck and had surgery for swelling on the brain. She is in a coma and they are awaiting neurology reports to determine her brain activity. From the news yesterday the outlook looks very poor... she is 20 years old.

I have not gone to the hospital yet because I lost my son at the age of 20 and I don't want to be that reminder of what could and may very well be. My heart is aching so badly and I feel helpless.

The other part that is very tragic about this whole accident is that it happened 50 feet from where my father died in a car accident 43 years ago. The area is not dangerous except to our family.

I question why and yet I ask for prayers.

Today I also have a very close friends who's husband is having surgery for cancer of the mouth. Please pray for them too.
