Salmon Patty Recipe

Makes 6 patties 2 patties = one serving

Ingredients:

* 2 (7 oz.) cans Kirkland salmon
* 2 tbs nonfat Greek Yogurt
* ¼ cup liquid egg whites or two egg whites
* ¼ tsp crushed garlic
* ¼ cup chopped celery
* ¼ cup chopped onion
* 3 tbs dry oats
* 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:

Combine everything in a bowl. Coat pan with cooking spray and add 1 TBSP oil (I like macadamia oil, you can use a light vegetable oil) cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes each side until browned.
