Jan:Lost 7 pounds
Feb: fought to maintain the loss at best

March is here and I am hoping that this will be a month for more weight loss

Goals for March
Lose 8-10 pounds

1. Strength train 2 days/wk
2. Cardio 4 days /wk
3. Plan and track my food on WW
4. Pack my lunch at night
5. Meet good health guidelines on WW x 6 days
6. Track my sleep

2/28-3/5 Water challenge: Drink 8 glasses/day x6 days

Evaluate my progress daily and post on SP for accountability.
