For those of you that read the Gracious Pantry a clean eating blog, she is running her first half marathon this November and I found this on her blog this morning. A great blog. A great attitude. A great quote.

    Running a marathon isn't what makes you an athlete though. Many things can make you an athlete as defined above! What WILL your knee let you do? My health has taken some serious tailspins but as my background says, I am going to go out totally worn out etc. etc.! :) Live large!!!!
