Still Going Strong!!!

Friday, March 18, 2011

Well it's the end of Week 2 and time for the dreaded weigh in. And there was no change at all!!! I was quite disappointed. I'd kept to all my calorie goals, done loads of exercise and Nothing! emoticon

Then I got out the tape measure. One inch gone from my waist and two inches from the belly flab!!!!!!!

emoticon

So something is working after all and im smiling big time emoticon . I think there has been no change in weight because ive developed muscle instead. My arms are definitely stronger. I can see some definition instead of wobble!!!

So the plan for this coming week is to keep up the strentgh training but to up my cardio slightly to help burn off that flab an reveal all these lovely new muscles!!! emoticon

And a big thank you to Spark and all you people out there, especially when my motivation has dipped! You've all helped me get back on the horse, so to speak. emoticon emoticon

Now i'm all fired up for some cardio, so off i go! emoticon

That's fab! Well done! It doesn't really matter what the scales are saying if you can see and feel the difference. Summer is coming and all the layers of clothes will be coming off - I want toned arms instead of bat wings!
Keep up the good work! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

For all our talk about weight, I definitely think it's the tape measure that really counts. After all, don't want all want to be smaller 'roundwards'? 3 inches off is a massive achievement!! emoticon

When you have the right music, cardio can be so much fun too! emoticon

emoticon don't believe the scale, what's more important is how you feel and look. Doing workouts and changing what you eat will definitely change your appearance. I don't seem to lose for quite a while now, but I lose inches and the clothes feel less tight. So something is happening emoticon I try not to focus on the scale too much but more on how much better I feel emoticon Keep going and have a fab day!! emoticon xx

You're awesome keep at it! I just broke a month-long plateau of the scale not moving despite me being a good girl lol, but i took measurements as well which were happy results. I know how ya feel but keep on you're doing great! Upping the calories burned and changing your routine will help a LOT! Best wishes!
