Still Going Strong!!!

Well it's the end of Week 2 and time for the dreaded weigh in. And there was no change at all!!! I was quite disappointed. I'd kept to all my calorie goals, done loads of exercise and Nothing!
Then I got out the tape measure. One inch gone from my waist and two inches from the belly flab!!!!!!!
So something is working after all and im smiling big time
. I think there has been no change in weight because ive developed muscle instead. My arms are definitely stronger. I can see some definition instead of wobble!!!
So the plan for this coming week is to keep up the strentgh training but to up my cardio slightly to help burn off that flab an reveal all these lovely new muscles!!!
And a big thank you to Spark and all you people out there, especially when my motivation has dipped! You've all helped me get back on the horse, so to speak.
Now i'm all fired up for some cardio, so off i go!
