End of the Revolution

Revolution is done at my gym. It's an eight week program. I lost 8lbs and 21 inches.
I am very happy. What I learned most.
EAT MEAT, VEGGIES, SOME NUTS AND SEED, FRUIT, LITTLE STARCH NO SUGAR!!!
