Miracle in Japan

Three weeks after the devastating earthquake and tsunami hit the Japanese coast, the coastguard rescued a dog 1.1km off the coast of Japan. The dog was seen running on an island of debris. Rescuers were set down on the roof of a house and after many attempts, they managed to capture the animal.
