My first blog

Well I decided to write my first blog. It is now Feb. 6th and I have not accomplished my weight loss goals. It is time to really step it up a notch and get this weight off. I am working out at lunch 4 days out of 5 (while at work) and going to aerobics 1 or 2 times a week. I am trying to get in 1 -2 fifteen minutes ab workouts a week and 1-2 butt buster workouts a week.
So far this week I had a great Monday, not so great Tuesday and I know Wednesday is going to be great.
