I started strength training!

I really wanted to go running today, but it's raining and kind of cold, and since I still have the sniffles, I decided that was probably a bad idea.

Hubby's been strength training for the last two months, and it's amazing to me to see how quickly his body is changing! He's getting bigger arms and stronger legs, and it's so inspiring. So I decided that I should start a program, too, and to make it easier for myself, I'll do it on the same days he does.

So today I did a little bit of strength training. It wasn't too hard or too long, but I figured it's better to start slow and easy and amp it up as time goes on. I'll try not to scare myself off from it again.
