READY: P90X and TURBO FIRE

April 18-July 16, 2011 P90X Lean (13 weeks) in the AM and from April 18-June 19, 2011 Turbo Fire Prep (9 weeks) in the PM.
REST DAYS: P90X (Sundays) and Turbo Fire Prep (Wednesdays).
On my REST DAYS from my hybrid program and whenever time permits, I will incorporate walking, jogging, and the StairMaster.
DISCLAIMER: I will replace P90X: Yoga with Jillian Michaels' "Yoga Meltdown" and I will add Hip Hop Abs "Total Body Burn" and "Fat Burning Cardio" to P90X: Cardio
Food Program: I will continue on the Weight Watchers Plus program which will include one Shakeology per day.
