I have an off day

I don't know if this is good or bad, but I've had an off day scheduled into my week. It's a day where I try to eat healthy, but I don't track my calories and I don't beat myself up if I want to indulge a little.

My off day probably makes it so that I don't lose weight as quickly, but it makes it somewhat more pleasurable which means I'll stick with this longer.

I have to watch myself, though. Before the last time I fell off the wagon (and stayed off for several months!), I turned my off day into an off weekend. And it went from trying to eat healthy to eating whatever the heck I wanted. And then I just started doing that all the time. It can be a slippery slope for me.

So I'm uncertain if I should really have an off day, but I think for now, as I readjust, it gives me a little breathing room one day a week.
