What is wrong with me???

I work up Saturday morning with a new attitude....this week I am going to exercise and lose some weight. Satruday I did the butt busting exercise, Sunday I did the ab work out and I feel like I went down hill from there. Monday I rode the bike at lunch for 20 minutes...Tuesday NOTHING! Wednesday I had 50 minutes of aerobics. Today is Thursday and I want to do the ab workout at lunch but will probably ride the bike because I have an aweful sinus headache.
My eating has been a little out of control...I had a candy bar on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. It is that time of the month but that is no excuse.
Last night on the floor at aerobics I felt like a big fat whale and this morning looking at myself in the mirror I looked huge. I cannot stand this weight and I want it off. I am getting myself so depressed over it and do not know what to do.
Can anyone help me???
