DAY 1 and 2: Core Synergistics and Cardio
I can honestly say that rollin' out of bed at 5AM to CRUSH play is not easy but once I start warming up, I am ret to finish strong. The purpose of getting my hair in kinky twists in late March was to enjoy early morning workouts without being concerned about sweating my hair out prior to getting ready for work. I work 40 minutes away...so I leave around 6:30 AM for work. RIGHT. I KNOW.

When something is funny at work...I have to laugh differently because my CORE is SORE from MONDAY! It's a wonderful feeling. I must admit that when it was time for Superman/Banana today...I chose to stay in the Superman position a little longer with my hands folded underneath...in what resembled snoozing...BUT ONLY for 5 seconds. JUST SAYIN'. I'm a REAL WOMAN who will tell the truth and shame the devil. I also hit SUPER FAST-FORWARD past the yoga part...UGH.

It was difficult to get my 1st Turbo Fire PM workout in on Monday...try getting off work, beeline to daughter's bball game, shower afterward, mad dash to pick-up toddler from daycare, then rush the SAME 13 year old to her jazz/wind ensemble concert...only to get home after 8:45 PM...UMMM...I didn't plan to have Bugles and a Diet Pepsi for dinner on Monday, but I did.

I am gettin' ready to push play for my PM Turbo Fire workout...I expect nuthin' but a heart-racin, blood-pumpin', sweat-slangin good time!

UPDATE:So...I'm sittin' on the FLO...I just CRUSHED my PM workout...Turbo Fire: Fire 30. The BEST MOMENT: I was amazed at the end when my 7 year old finished with the squats...in time with the music...she would say..."forgive me Jesus, for my sins"..."thank you Jesus for my family"..."thank you Lord, for protection"...Out of the mouth of babes. There is "Nobody Greater"!!!!!!

    Hey there! I've also restarted my p90x program and my friend comes over and brings her Turbo Fire to work out with me a few times a week. I know that the yoga part of p90x is daunting but you should really give it a try! Your muscles will THANK you later!! Both your mind and body become relaxed and properly worked out at the same time.

    I'm doing the P90X classic but I try to do the Cardio X some evenings as a "bonus" workout and I've been tempted to SUPER FAST-FORWARD past the yoga too! As a matter of fact, I don't do the separate yoga video until the weekend.

    What a coincidence... I started P90X lean Monday too...and today my tummy was SORE! And like you, it was hard for me to workout for today's session BUT I did and I am happier for it....I also ended up running 3 miles in the afternoon...what was I thinking?! I don't know..lol! Keep up the great work!
