Ahhhhh...Little Help Please!

I have to tell the whole story before I get to the exact part that I need help with.........follow me....
So I got up at o'dark thirty this morning(ok so it was 4am)
Got on the treadmill-had my 80's remix going and decided it was time to run a little faster
and my treadmill(my circa '1979-80 treadmill that uses like a rotary knob to wind it up or down)
decided that I wasn't going fast enough, when I tried to wind the knob down it broke, and left me going tooo fast. So I had to get off--hoping that I could just turn it off and turn it back on to restart it..........oh no.........now the button to turn it off won't move! So I had to get off it to unplug it from the wall.
So it's 4something in the morning, only got 10minutes worth of running on the treadmill that is now literally broken, so I decide that the elliptical will just have to do the job. did an hour and 20minutes on that thing. didn't quite lock in the number of miles I was looking for but hey it's Monday........not going to complain.
Help part: This afternoon my husband decides to treat me for lunch and without hesitation I tell him what I want and he gets it for me......Taco Bell.......I know......I know........not the best of choices
(it gets worse) so I am inhaling my lunch when I decide to punch it in on SP, and I start feeling sick when I see the actual nutritional value of everything I just ate!!!!
I am over my calories, sodium, etc!! I could just really kick myself in the head!----------so I know I messed up BIG TIME! and somehow in my mind I need make this right today!
Is it possible for me to burn some of the bad calories I ate off today???
I have an elliptical and various amount of fitness dvd's........Help.......please
