I've been stuck at a plateau for a few weeks now, losing barely any weight. This probably has to do with lack of enough workouts, only 2-3 per week instead of the 5-7 I really should be doing. Trying hard to get back into the groove of a routine of working out. Been eating very healthy, so much so that it's just a way of life now rather than a diet. Just need the workout part to become a routine then I'll be good.
Soooo ready to say goodbye to the 200's and hello to ONEderland finally and FOR GOOD. Never will allow myself to get back here again, now that I see how tough it is to get the weight off. Reading other spark members' frustrations and inspiring stories is really helping me this month. Hoping to report back in a few weeks with 10lbs gone!!! But I suppose its not a matter of hoping, but a matter of DO-ING! Just gotta keep telling myself that.
