Walking Day 5 - The Musical

I'm relatively new to MP3 technologies : I bought my first Ipod last summer and my Iphone on September (which happen to be my first cell phone as well). I really enjoy it while riding my bike (even if I know it's illegal to do so) and during my morning walks.
Most of the time, I put it on the random mode and leave it to faith to play DJ.
BUT yesterday, my DJ kept on choosing blues and ballads and smooth melodies. So, when I came back home, I made myself a "Walking" playlist to boost my energy and help me keep the pace.
Guess what : it works wonders! Every next tune helped me and soon I did find myself walking faster. I worked out a good sweat this morning. I feel energized! Don't you just love music as a workout body ???? I know I do
