Hello! Today is Monday and I feel like I'm going to have a great week. I have done some strength exercises and am looking forward to riding the bike and lunch and going to aerobics after dinner. I found some dark chocolate candy bars that have 100 calories in them (and are a decent size). When I feel the urge I am going to add them into my daily calories. Hopefully I will not get the urge too much.
I put all the food I am planning on eating into the computer and I'm about 300 calories short. So I still have room to add a few. Some evil person put a donut on my desk but I didn't even want it. It's on the windowsil where it will sit until it is hard or until someone else eats it. It will not be me.
I'm going to do it! I am finally back and track and looking forward to losing 5 lbs between now and March 17th with my Ab Fab group.
