Ha wasn't planning on triplets

Well I got pregnant and had triplets in February. Now I am 40 lbs over what I was, with stretch marks going from my chest to my knee pits, and lots of extra skin. I would take my 170 lb body back any day! But I can't. So I have to make do with what I have.
Yesterday I started weight watchers. In my life this has been the only thing that has every really worked. However I stopped after a month or two and never got to my goal. Weighing now at 208 I am scared. I have to lose the weight but am nervous because I have failed every other time. What will be different this time? I need something to click. Something to push and motivate me. You think my babies would but...they are taking all my money and time. Which means I have to figure out free workouts, cheap healthy food, and time to make meals, excercise, keep up w/ what I am eating.
What will be different this time? I don't know, but I think once I figure it out...I will be good to go. How do I figure it out though?
