UGH. So today the hubby and I attempted the Insanity fitness test and I could not even do it! So, I think I need to work myself up to doing that. Instead of trying kill myself doing the insane workout lol I am going to do more workouts on my Wii Fit. Anyone else use this primarily for your workout?

    I use to use it alot but now I do wii zumba which is a great workout. Also the wii dance 2 to great to. I just got a little tired of doing steps constantly on the wii fit. I try to not duplicate my workout more than twice a week and I add other things like, intervals on the treadmill, biking, walk aerobics, circuit training and wii zumba or wii dance. That way I do not get bored and I work out all muscle areas.

    I have not used the Wii fit product but I do know that if you have an area to work on focus on what you can do and build up from there. It takes a bit to get up to large amounts of exercise so try to being with 10 minute sessions and build from there emoticon
