Ready to start a new week!

It was a busy weekend! 10k race went great, had an awesome time with my great friend, Patty. Hubby and I went to the post race concert with my brother and his wife. Had so much fun! I let my eating slide for the end of last week thru yesterday, pretty much ate what I wanted and didn't stress over it. Went to alot of graduations yesterday, and let myself eat the cake.... BUT! I got home in time last night to prepare for today, got to bed early, set the alarm for 5:30 and got up to work out my biceps/triceps. I decided to leave my legs alone for a couple days, as they are still pretty sore from running and dancing. :) Scale's up quite a bit, going to pretend it's inflammation in my muscle and water weight from bad food. It'll come off!

Monday-Low carb, Biceps/Triceps
Tuesday-Low carb, shoulders/back
Wednesday-Low carb, core-HIIT
Thursday-High carb, Legs/Glutes
Friday-Low Carb, REST!
Saturday-Low Carb, Slow run, stretch
Sunday, Low Carb, FMFL #7 (ST-Cardio-Core)
