Wow...Thursday already! Don't get me wrong........I'm glad the weekend is near.
I strapped on my new Garmin GPS watch and my new sneakers & headed out for a walk/run last night. I did really good! I think the Chi running principles really helped me! I did just over 2 miles in 34 minutes. That's good for me! I did a fair amount of running(trotting) but my legs were still a bit sore, so I couldn't push it. It was very warm out and I worked up a good sweat! Oh.....I would have had a faster time, but I climbed a big hill that slowed me down toward the end. Anyway, the Garmin really motivates you to pick up the pace!
Tonight is Zumba.....gotta keep moving!
