Talk about falling off the wagon.......

This week has been a disaster i have not counted calories for almost a week... instead i been binging like crazy ..... its been 4 days of stuffing my face with any and everything and on top of that i break my exercising streak and missed 2 days of exercise this week. Beyond disappointed in myself.... went from 191 to 196 (honestly feel like crying) but instead of crying and getting emotional which will make me eat more, i decided to hit up the gym for an hr and half and to get back on track and start using this site daily and tracking my calories and fitness again. I might have fell of the wagon ... but this time i choose to get back up and get back on !

    Good for you. I have done the same thing this week.. eating like crazy, but unlike you, I haven't exercised. You can do it,
