Today, I hit the 30 pounds lost mark.
It wasn't easy. I worked out when I was exhausted. I worked out when I was sick. I worked out late at night.
I made sure I worked out, no matter what. That's what it takes to lose weight.
I still have a ways to go. My original goal was 50 pounds, but I have been having so much fun and have been so inspired that I have changed it to 60. Who knows? Maybe when I get to that number, i will take it even lower. :)
