No Excuses

Today, I hit the 30 pounds lost mark.

It wasn't easy. I worked out when I was exhausted. I worked out when I was sick. I worked out late at night.

I made sure I worked out, no matter what. That's what it takes to lose weight.

No excuses.

I still have a ways to go. My original goal was 50 pounds, but I have been having so much fun and have been so inspired that I have changed it to 60. Who knows? Maybe when I get to that number, i will take it even lower. :)

    Fabulous! Congrats! I wish I had that same mindset! It's so very hard when you're exhausted and/or sick to get up & go work out, but you're proof that it pays off! :)

    Amazing!!! Great job on your weight loss goals! And you're right, weight loss takes dedication, self-discipline, and goals and honey you've gone above and beyond all 3 criteria!

    Congrats on your 30lbs mark! When you hit the 50lbs lost mark go ahead and treat yourself to one wicked spa treatment! That's my goal for me anyway and it always keeps me motivated!
