Well I have a love hate relationship with running, i was a soccer player at one point so you'd think i'd like it more than i do.
they say losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise....what i didnt realize is that you have to eat a certain amount of calories to be functional so the last 3 years i've been eating around 800-900 calories a day and end up frustrated that i wasn't loosing weight.
the first day i was told i needed to be eating around 1300-1700 caloriesi didnt think i could do it thats like double the amount of food. so thats a major struggle cause my mom is always saying " you shouldnt be eating that ".

    That's one of the most frustrating things about doing all this, grasping the concept of eating more to lose weight. When you start everybody makes it seems so simple saying just eat less to lose weight so it's frustrating and confusing when that doesn't work. I've done the same thing. Just follow their advice, make sure you're eating enough to have a nutritionally sound diet and keep exercising even if it does seem insignificant in comparison to dieting. You'll get to your goals, just stick with it. Good luck.
