Where I am now - My current stats
Weight: 142
thigh: 23
hips: 39.5
waist: 31
chest: 33
bust: 37.5
upper arm: 12.5
neck: 13.25

My biggest summer weaknesses are:
unplanned meals due to a lot of time out of the house
absent-minded snacking due to lack of schedule
camping food - hotdogs, corn on the cob with mayo, chips
drinks on the rive
being lazy because of the heat

Getting fit and feeling STRONG, SEXY and HEALTHY is important to me because:
I want to set a good example for my boys.
I want to be able to play football with boys (9, 6 and 5) now and for years to come.
Stamina! Read into that one all you want…
I want to kayak around the San Juan Islands.
I want to kick a$$ on the slopes.
I want to learn how to surf (and not feel like I’m going to break the board.)
I want to hear that I look good - not that I look good for having 3 kids.
I want to be the hot chic in the bikini, not the fat lady in the mom suit.
I love the way I feel, physically and emotionally, when I eat healthy and exercise.

My goals for this summer are to:
run a 5k
see muscle definition
fit into a size 5/6 dress/top
do 100 crunches at a time
do 30 push ups at a time
do 15 each chin ups and pull ups
lose 12 pounds of fat
avoid nutrition-less refined carbohydrates like the plague

    I suffer from a lot of the same summer weaknesses that you do! Good job on setting goals. I'm going to run (or try my best to run) my first 5k on June 12th. Should be interesting...

    I'm going to do a post like this too sometime if you don't mind me thieving your idea. It's great to have before/after pictures and goals written down so then you need to stick to them.

    Wow you are amazing and super-woman! Keep going, you're doing a great job! I am so excited to run my first 5k soon! I ran one with a friend out at the park today in the warm rain. It felt so good, it's amazing that I can jog for so long now and hold a conversation. I go slow and steady lol :)

    We are kicking butt this summer! It will be lots of fun, we are slender healthy girls now so we have to eat like ones, be active, and maintain all of our amazing hard work, and be active and keep pushing towards our goals!
