My biggest summer weaknesses are:
unplanned meals due to a lot of time out of the house
absent-minded snacking due to lack of schedule
camping food - hotdogs, corn on the cob with mayo, chips
drinks on the rive
being lazy because of the heat
Getting fit and feeling STRONG, SEXY and HEALTHY is important to me because:
I want to set a good example for my boys.
I want to be able to play football with boys (9, 6 and 5) now and for years to come.
Stamina! Read into that one all you want…
I want to kayak around the San Juan Islands.
I want to kick a$$ on the slopes.
I want to learn how to surf (and not feel like I’m going to break the board.)
I want to hear that I look good - not that I look good for having 3 kids.
I want to be the hot chic in the bikini, not the fat lady in the mom suit.
I love the way I feel, physically and emotionally, when I eat healthy and exercise.
My goals for this summer are to:
run a 5k
see muscle definition
fit into a size 5/6 dress/top
do 100 crunches at a time
do 30 push ups at a time
do 15 each chin ups and pull ups
lose 12 pounds of fat
avoid nutrition-less refined carbohydrates like the plague
