Week One Done

This was an interesting week, it seemed like my workouts got harder as the week progressed even though i would think it would get easier. right now im juggling 4 online classes one in person class and work so finding time for me is a little crazy but telling myself that "taking care of me is more important" is a process

i ran mon/tues/wed/sat 35-min using the weight loss interval on my elliptical Saturday sucked but that may have been because on Friday i ran for 45 min instead of the usual 35 min. who knew 45 min was way easier then 35 odd. i'll try it again next week. I only got strength training in once this week :( well i'll get it done this week.

i did fine on the calories this week a few days where i barely made the low end of my range, but it's a process and i'm going to have missteps but it's the putting the one foot in front of the other even when it's hard.

right now i;m not sure if i feel stronger or more tired all the time but small steps right :-) the good news a shirt that has been a little tight was losser today!
