Should I just shut up and be satisfied???

I'm so confused, I reached my goal of 30 pounds a while ago. I have been through some stressful situations since then and have moved up 5 only to thank heavens lose that 5 and once again be at the 30 pound mark. I decided I was going to change my goal to 36 pounds lost because I was not so satisfied with my weight yet. Since making that decision about 6 months ago I have only lost 1 more pound. Now don't get me wrong I am well aware that I have not been working out 5 days per week and honestly, I rarely track on the weekends.
I'm starting to wonder if I should just keep this not so wonderful feeling and just be happy where I'm at.....most people tell me "oh you should not lose any more weight, stay right where you are" but again, I am not feeling that wonderful.
Every Monday I say ok, this is it...I need to get to the gym 5 days per week, track on the weekends and the final pounds will disappear....Will they? Am i just fooling myself?
Should I just shut up and be satisfied?????
