Hello all my sparkers out there,
I have finally gotten out of my rut I've been stuck in for two weeks now. Things have calmed down for me personally and I can actually breath.
I really want to push myself this week. Usually I take weekends off and work around the house a bit. However this saturday I really want to work myself out to the max. I want to be exhausted, not able to move maxed out. So I've put together a workout I'm going to attempt to do this weekend. Lots of cardio, I mean lots and lots.
Goals for saturday:
1- I will wake up early go to my morning food co-op I participate in and pick up my produce.
2-Have a small breakfast to get my metabolism going
3-take the dogs for a 2 mile walk/run
4-do p90x core synergistics
5-also do p90x chest, shoulders and triceps
6- if I'm not completely gone by then, ab ripper x
7-relax in the pool
that's 3 hours of constant movement... I can do this, I know I can. I need to start challenging myself more and I think I'm ready. Plus I missed two workouts earlier this week, and this will make it up.
This week in preperation for all of this I commit to:
Getting up and working out every morning for the rest of the week.
Eating a sexy breakfast:)
Making smart nutrition choices while at work
And coming home and eating a well balanced dinner.
My nutrition is the one thing that undermines my efforts. I need to get it on track and really be serious. I'm in the last phase of p90x, it's time to start acting like it.
Hope you all are having a fantastic day!
