Motivation oh where oh where could it be?

SO i've been doing this exercise and eating right thing for a month now. I lost ten pounds in a month and this week i lost 2lbs in 5 days. (I sometimes wonder if that is healthy or not but i digress).
You would think that that would be motivating and that seeing progress would be a good thing to keep me on the track. NO i havent fallen off of the wagon and no i haven't not been exercising, heck i did a 1:13:56 run on monday.
Right now i just don't want to care, it's not that i even don't like exercising, i actually do. I looked at the scale today and i was like oh well that's nice. 2lbs should be something i'm excited about right?!
So how can I keep motivated. Since apparently pounds melting off isn't doing it for me. The one thing that seemed to work for me when convincing myself to go for a run today was treat every 10lbs like the first ten pounds. It's always a new 10lbs to lose. So if i pout in the same amount of effort to lose the next 10 ( well 8) pounds will be easier. How do you keep everything fresh.
