First steps of my plan

Ok so I have figured out the first steps of my plan. First off I need to try to eat within 2 hrs of waking up and every 3-5 hours afterwards. Doing that I have found I am not as hungry, and when I do not follow I am much hungrier. I just have to stay away from trigger foods, and make sure it doesn't come to an see,hear, smell diet like the last time I tried doing more than 3 meals a day. I have also lost a few pounds just doing it, without working out.
The other step is dealing with my pup. He isn't going to have other dogs to play with very often starting earlier today. So I took him for a long walk, he seemed pretty happy about it. So I know my days off I am definitely going to walk him, and then just play with him the days that I don't get home in time to take him for a walk(the rest of the time more and likely).
So that is it for now...oh and I finally have a sink, so I have to clean cabinets and stove and dishes then I can cook! So happy!
