Not Feeling Well Can Help

Today I was meeting friends for lunch at a restaurant I knew would be excellent. I am one who always has problems eating out most times using the excuse that it's ok for that time only.
I woke up not feeling well with swollen feet but still went to church. Having a couple of hours to kill till I met my friends for lunch I decided to stop at Starbucks and get a latte. While drinking it, it just didn't taste right. When I got to the area of where the restaurant was I did have to do a bit of walking so by the time I met my friends I really wasn't up to it. So it was easy no wine and a small salad. By the time I finished lunch did feel a bit better but as the rest of the ladies weren't up for dessert I wasn't. Did walk around a bit. For those of you who live in the DC area we were at National Harbor which is a great place just to walk and window shop as well as enjoy the water front.
So my day ended up having a nice lunch that was calorie friendly and even got some steps in.
