I can see the Finish Line

Before anyone gets upset by that title let me make it clear that I know this is NOT the end of my journey - merely the end of this phase. I have 8 pounds to lose and I need to start thinking about the changes I'm going to need to make to stop losing weight. What?!?!? Crazy. I did do some practice maintenance over the past couple of weeks - lol. This "practice" came about because my hubbs expressed a concern that I wouldn't be able to stop losing weight. So I increased my portion sizes a little and added a few more servings of whole grains (not things made with whole grain flours) and sure enough I stayed right at 138 for 2 weeks
That fact that I'm content with is that I'm fueling my body the right way now and I'm giving it the exercise it needs to keep in shape, I'm not going to waste away. I'm sure I'll need to make a few adjustments and it will be yet another learning experience - I might gain a little, but I'm on top of it. Or I could plateau right here for a few months but I know I'm making healthy choices and I will continue to get healthier and stronger.
