Been at this battle of the bulge too long. Yet it is too too easy to get frustrated. I just can't seem to be consistent. I know what I have to do. To me it's a simple eat properly using portion control with no mindless eating; stay away from seconds and make proper choices when eating out especially at fast food restaurants. I also do need to get that water in and while I do like to get that movement in.
