The goals I have for my health this week are inextricably entwined with law school this week. We have an essay due in 10 days (which seems like a long time but I still have about 15 books to read before I write!!) and the possibility to resit our final exam...!!
Everyone in law school around the world is now exclaiming "Resit WTF is that??".
Haha - well we kinda are too...
We had a major earthquake/aftershock a day before our final exam so everyone (university-wide) is entitled to apply for an aegrotat. Crazy right??
Well obviously a little too crazy for our law school who have announced late Friday night that we are entitled to a resit of our final exam (which was in June btw) and they will let us know when it will be early next week. That is ALL the info we have been given and I am not sure whether to hit the books for the exam or concentrate on getting the best grade I can for the essay for the other paper or actually what on earth I should be doing!!!
So I have ended up with the craziest schedule in the history of schedules and every second is accounted for (I was famous for this kind of scheduling last year at law school when I was learning how to plan ahaha).
So here is the plan for MY WEEK in order of importance (in simplified terms):

Sleep - This was lacking last week and will be most helpful to my study this week.

8+ a day. I struggled most last week with getting enough fruit & vege. This really surprised me so lit a fire!!

Obviously this MUST come next. Phew its gonna be a bumpy ride!!

Drinking. Drinking. Drinking. Drinking. Drinking. Drinking. Drinking. Drinking.

Last but I will still walk to and from school....

Get my Thursday Zumba fix....

Find a Muay Thai weekly class in Chch...

And get my ST done. It is in my schedule!!
MONDAY

9 hours - Missed a lecture though!! Not good. + 2 hr nap!!

9 eaten - Made a casserole with 5+ vege.

Yup yup on track.

10 glasses drunken :)

I slept in. Grrrr. Not pleased with myself.

Due to a change in schedule I have TWO ST sessions today!!

Monday Session. Full Body.

TUESDAY

7 1/2 hours. PLAN: No coffee after 2pm!! No naps!!!

Ate 7!!

Didn't quite do enough but did get some done.

Drank 11!!!!

Didn't walk. GRRR.

WEDNESDAY

8 hrs but missed lecture AGAIN. (School Hols=EXCUSE)

Ate 9!!

No class but study well done....

Drank 12!!!

Didn't go to class so no walking AGAIN.

THURSDAY

Not sure if I actually slept 8 hrs but the lights were out.

8 eaten!!

REALLY SICK BUT AM GONNA MAKE TODAY MY REST DAY & GET THE REST DONE!!

Earthquake!! 6 hours + 3 nap. GOT that sleep.

ATE that vege.

GOT that knowledge - well some of it.

DRANK that water.

GOT that muscle. Legs Baby Legs.

SATURDAY

Got some extra sleep tonight! 10 hours.

Eat plenty of vege. Tis good.

Window cleaner extraordinare didn't do it fast enough before the rain set in.

House prep for moving stuff in.

WEIGH IN!!! Lost 300 g.

Wrote enough. Half essay.

Drank enough. 12 glasses.
