For the last couple of day, I noticed that my right knee was soaring while walking my morning path. That disturbed me because I had to buy some ortheses last fall because of some pain in my knee while working out. I didn't want the pain to come back and injury my legs again.
So I though about my daily routine and I came to realize that most of the time, I had to turn right on almost every corner in order to complete the 3 km circuit. So, this morning, I did it "up side down", walking the "wrong way" and finish by the street I use to do first.
What a nice surprise.
Usually, I notice something new here and there every day - a flower blooming, a nice tree, a cat behind a window. But today, the hole circuit felt bran new: I saw the other side of each houses, curves in the road I didn't notice before, even the wind blow in a new direction.
Who said "change is good" ? Change is Excellent to keep me motivated !
Another change I did today was to push a little more on that "Your Shape" kinect game.
I really enjoy kick-boxing and tai chi class
Last nigh, I saw a beginning of a change in my thigh too : they're getting slimmer, as the muscular part is growing : thanks to so many squats!
I also changed the type of crust I use in our Sunday Night Vege Homemade Pizza last night, for a more healthier one (more fiber, less carb)!
... yes, change is good my friend !
