Stress Busting Day 3, plus hurdle overcome!

Stress Day Three:
-Thankfully, very low stress. I got a little anxious thinking about my study abroad dates/flights/times/arrangemen
ts today, but that's way off in December. Just needed to look it up and think about it so mom could make holiday plans.

I went to work in my Dad's office today doing random jobs to earn some extra money. It's painfully boring data-entry type stuff, but a buck is a buck and it paid pretty darn well. I'll go again Thursday. Whoo study abroad money!

BIGGEST WEIGHT-LOSS CHALLENGE SO FAR: EATING OUT. WINNER: ME! Dad took me out to lunch, which was very nice of him. After I totally shot down his fast food suggestions, we decided on Ruby Tuesday. I enjoyed the salad bar and we shared two different lunch portions, which was lovely. Stayed within my limit! Turned down desert! Paid attention to how full I felt! Oh, and the food tasted good, too. VICTORY IS SWEET.

Exercise was good, too! 20 minute circuit training video, 10 minute standing ab routine (unique and EFFECTIVE), plus an evening walk with the parents and puppies.

This summer has been totally awesome. I'm trying to prepare for the change in routine for the school year, which involves four classes, two jobs, and a bunch of study time. It's going to be a challenge, but I'll plan for it and meet it when it comes.
