I am DONE!

Thursday, July 21, 2011

So.......I got up early this morning to do two workouts and I am proud to say I got them done!
I weighed myself before I got in the shower and realized something as I was looking down at those awful numbers.......I am done beating myself up over my weight!!!

If I just treat every day like a new day---and give it the best I got each day---than what do I have to lose?!

This year has been so eye opening for me and I realize that I cannot blame anyone but myself, but at the same time......I have the power to change all of that!------didn't realize this until this morning....

I want off of this "Stressing Over My Weight"Rollercoaster
Anybody with me?

So I set a goal for myself........I am just going to keep getting up early to workout and go from there
I want to look and feel great, and I am going to work hard to get there.

I like it. Take it one day at a time. Stop letting weight loss be the center of your day. Make good food choices, make time to workout and when you are done working out, you are done. Something is always better than nothing. Spend time playing with the kids, tackle your man and play with him too. Park a little farther away and try to cook with less butter and salt. When you get thirsty, reach for water first and if you decide you still want that soda, have half a glass. Small changes will add up and it will still allow you to lose weight and enjoy life.
