Maintaining

I have just been maintaining my weight for a year now. Have kept my 50 pound loss off..... My medication is a road block. but for now I am really happy that I have not gained anything back. I work out at Curves 3 days a week and try to go walking during the week. I would love to losemore but I am happy right now as I am not gaining....., I have been slacking with the challenges I joined here.. But Right now I am just going to focus on me and not worry about challenges for now.... I want to be more proactive with logging my food but with having done WW and having to watch what I put in my mouth, I have gotten a feel for I am doing..... Thanks for reading my little blog! Ohhhh Stretching before bed works wonders for morning!
