Happy Friday from this Adventurer! And weekly recap

Hello all and Happy Freakin Friday!
It has been the longest week ever. But I am happy to report that I have actually met my goals for the week:) It's so exciting when you actually do what you write out for yourself. To be honest this is the first time I've done it completely and it feels so good. Just fyi, if you havent ever completed your goals you should totally do it just to see how accomplished you feel.
Goal 1- I ran every day this week and racked up a totall of 11 miles. I know that's not that much but for me that's good.
Goal 2- I have stayed on my diet plan this week with lots of fruits and veggies
Goal 3- I did strength training a few days this week. My arms are still soar:)
Goal 4- Well since it's not sudnay I can't do this just yet , hike Camelback Mountain. This is still to be determined, I'm broke and can't afford to drive over there.

So I can honestly say I'm pretty proud of myself this week. Even if I dont get to hike this Sunday I'm ok with that. I really have to work on my running and that's where I'm going to focus.
I'm looking for some nice fun and relaxation with friends tonight at the Melting pot and tomorrow we're going to see a cover band play:)
I love weekends.
