Meditated 13 whole minutes before I checked the clock, and waited it out the next two minutes. Mind wandered a LOT. Will hopefully get better with practice.
Food: I tried my hardest, but I was still about 200 cals over my desired limit.
Exercise: I DID do ONE WHOLE HOUR. Slim in 6 kicks my BUTT.
Then I watched 3 movies. And they were great. And now it's the end of the day.
I'm pretty excited for school to start because all this relaxing is getting a little...boring.
I also created a motivation collage, which was bunches of fun to make. I'd been saving up inspirational pictures/words for a long time and never had a place to put them until now. I'm already thinking about where I'll put it in my dorm room.
