ROCKIN' DAY

Yesterday, I watched an amazing movie. _Ghost World_ with Thora Birch and Scarlett Johansson. I related to the movie so well, I loved everyone in it - overall a stupendous film. One of the best parts of watching the movie was that I didn't have to feel guilty for sitting on my butt because I'd gotten a workout in before!
For today:
Meditation: Didn't do it yesterday. Evening came and went - I had totally forgotten! But this morning I remembered some guided meditations I had on my iPod. I listened to one for about 20 minutes and I felt really relaxed and peaceful to begin the day. I think I'll stick to guided meditations until I get the hang of it.
Exercise: I tried Turbo Fire today. BOY HOWDY. You work freakishly hard in a short amount of time, but then you're done and you feel amazing! I'm a die hard fan now.
Food: I did awesome today. I had a veggie wrap from one of my mom's Hungry Girl cookbooks. Totally delicious. I don't really like that she uses a lot substitutes and low fat/sugar/sodium ingredients. Usually those foods get to be low fat/sugar/sodium because they're loaded with other artificial ingredients. But this recipe met my standards and was super yummy and ultra low calorie!
I would just like to mention how much I love 80s music. The synthesizers, the big hair, the corny lyrics - I love it all. I sing along REALLY LOUD and it makes me REALLY HAPPY. It's especially pleasant during a workout to have familiar, beloved songs along for the ride.
It feels good to feel healthy. WHOO!
