Here I am at the 19 day mark of my new journey, and I'm starting to feel some frustration.
I know it takes time for weight loss to be healthy, safe and lasting, but I really really really wish my body would just be alerted to the fact that I'm working hard and start making some changes. I've lost about 2 pounds by working out like an Olympic athlete and eating like a monk. I work HARD. And nothing seems to be changing.
19 days isn't long, 2 pounds is at least something, yes, it's true. But really? JUST GO FASTER.
