Phew what a crazy week that was!!
Finished essay
Enjoyed visit from Sister and all the kids - we even had a party
My brother got married in Sweden - We got video footage and called him before
It snowed
It was school hols
I am exhausted and a little fluey but am gonna ROCK this week!!
What I learned from last week:
I need to do the things I have planned or I feel bad and the whole plan snowballs.
I need to get enough sleep.
I need to get enough exercise.
Sometimes life gets the priority.
Here is the new and improved plan.

Drink my water.

Sleep like a baby.

Eat clean and within ranges.

Do scheduled ST (and perhaps catchup from wknd)

Do scheduled walking.

Do at least one group class.

Study and go to class.
Monday - FLU

Drank my water.

Slept like a baby. Twice - Got the flu. Slept 16 hrs!!

Ate 5 fruit & vege and went over range by 122.

Didn't do scheduled ST - Muscles aching.

Did some exercise.

Did study and went to classes.
Tuesday - FLU

Drank my water.

Slept more than a baby. Another 21 hour sleep!!

Ate within ranges but did not eat enough fruit and vege.

Didn't do scheduled walking. Was asleep.

Didn't study. Was asleep.
Wednesday - Still got the flu but also got some good drugs!!

Drank my water.

Slept like a baby. 12 hours.

Ate clean and within ranges.

Did scheduled ST.

Didn't do scheduled walking. Still not well enough.

Did some study. Didn't go to class.
Thursday - FLU

Drank my water.

Slept like a baby.

Failed to eat clean and within ranges.

Didn't do scheduled walking. Spent day in hospital with Jack.

Didn't do Zumba. Still too sick.

Didn't study or go to class. Still too sick.
Friday - FLU
Still sick and getting bored so entered my babies in a pet contest!! Will blog about it!!

Drank my water.

Slept like a baby.

Ate clean and within ranges.

Did scheduled ST.

Studied - set challenges with BUBBLEJ1.
Saturday - STILL FLU AND NOW GETTING A HEAD COLD UGH.

Slept like a baby.

Studied. Got Tute Ass Researched.
Didn't do heavy cleaning - floors and windows. NOT FEELING BETTER.
Sunday

PRESCRIPTION FOR NEXT WEEK:
Just focus on getting better - sleep and eat and drink well.
Keep up ST and rebuild walking up - only plan for half usual schedule for next week.
Do group class if feeling up to it by Thursday.
Use all extra time to STUDY and drive to class if not up to walking - I give you permission.
