Getting stronger! Da scale can't measure this!

Yep I am getting stronger! Just completed my chest and back workout emoticon (cathe-sts meso 3/wk 1)! It was great! I was able to go much heavier. I only have emoticon emoticon db up to 25lbs and bbell up to 55lbs, so what i couldn't go heavier, i just did more reps! So proud of me!

And ofcourse had to get that cardio in! Hiit 40/20 OMgosh! What a killer. That does it for me today! Shower, eat and time for back to skool shopping! (Yikes...can't believe its that time again!

I intend to make it a great day!
