Hello August Mudder Tough challenge! new weekly and monthly goals, and July recap

Hello everyone,
I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Mine went by way to fast as usual. Well for my July recap I have to say I wish I had gotten more workouts in and my eating habits sucked. I continued to over eat on the weekends and ruin my progress. I didn't get any strength training in like I had wanted to and I missed a bunch of my runs. Overall I stayed somewhat active and haven't gained anything back but I don't feel like I made any progress on my body.
So for August I'm making a new game plan. I will be creating a hybrid p90x/running workout plan for the month and see where I get with that. I do not want to loose all the muscle I worked hard on getting in my first round of P90x.
So here is the break down:
Mondays- strength training (upper body dvd, shoulders, triceps and biceps along with ab ripper x)
Tuesdays- 3.3 mile run
Wednesdays- lower body workout (legs and back dvd or plyo)
Thursdays- 3.3 mile run
Friday 3.3 mile run
Saturday- rest day
Sunday- hiking or rest day
These are my new game plans, I hope to see some results dammit! I will be taking pictures for my new hybrid challenge and posting them later.
