August goals...and an observation....

I have noticed that over the last year I have lost and gained the same 10lbs
! Yeah, I finally admited! I guess it is real....But i have lost lots of inches...(go figure) building muscle
. One one hand I am happy because i am shrinking in inches! My clothing is looser , I have more muscles and I KNOW i have worked my butt off over the past year! I have eaten clean at least 70-80% of the time.
What gives? Well as i was thinking about the past year, I started to think, ok what could be hindering and results in "the slowest" weight lost to man (yep...I am convinced it is)! I work out like crazy (at least 4-5day cardio, @least 3days ST-sometimes more), and eat decent. Well I think it may be my birthcontrol (my friend-the nuva ring. I am going to the doctor tomorrow. I checked it out and on of the sideeffects is weight gain, change in weight! And by 9pm I am "dog tired". I hope to at least get some answers tomorrow if not regarding the birthcontrol, but at least get some other test ran.
If nothing is found....I will continue to work my butt off...continually shocking my body...cuz hey...i got goals to accomplish
On to my August goals:
at least 1 G (most days of week, minimum 3L on other days)
-all clean with occasional treat
or cardio 5xwk
-ST at least 4days week!
First 2 wks of Aug..
cont to lift heavy, finish bootcamp
Last 2wks-throw in some circuit workouts in da mix!
Gotta keep shocking da body!
