There's more progress to look at than the scale.

I just realized that even though the scale hasn't budged (I don't think it has, actually I've stopped looking), I have attained some really important milestones.
1) I'm staying with this program, and haven't gotten tired of it;
2) I'm in stage 4 of my jog/walk training and am jogging 16 of the 23 total minutes 3 times a week;
3) (You ladies can appreciate this one) Yesterday I had to hook my bra in the next smallest hook! Yea!!!
Now I call that progress.
