Kidney Stone!

I knew last March I had a 7mm kidney stone and figured it'd stay put but Sunday night at 3:00 A.M. it started it's journey to the great unknown. I have to say that I have had 3 children naturally and I never expected it to be such an intense pain. It is a burning radiating pain with periods of stabbing pains when it is moving down and it is nothing I want to ever go through again. 27 hours of little sleep, nausea, vomiting, and pain, now it seems to be stuck in my bladder so here's hoping it will finish it's journey soon so I can get back with my program. I was on a roll again and really resent this set back.
