Last day, first day

As August winds down, I need to start looking ahead to September. I've been pretty good about my baby step goals. I've been getting my water in. I've been moving, although not as much as I would like to. I've been meal planning, although not as much as I would like to. I've been using my Home Routines, app- again, not as much as I would like to.

But, what is different THIS time is that I am NOT giving up! Just because I'm not hitting my original goals doesn't mean I should quit. Well, okay, it meant that before, but not now! This time is different.

My goals for September will be the same. Drink my water. Move 30 minutes a week (at least). Follow my Home Routine app. Meal plan.

This will hopefully make my life a little less stressful, and therefore give me time to do things for ME! :)
